Where are you located?

We’re located in Seward’s scenic harbor district at 303 North Harbor Drive. Our hotel is within walking distance of the boat harbor, train station, cruise ship terminal, and shuttle stops. You’ll also find nearby gift shops, bakeries, coffee shops, and local tour providers for whale watching, fishing, and more.

Is someone on-site for checking in and out?

Yes! Our front desk is staffed 24/7 to assist you at any time. Whether you’re checking in, checking out, or just have questions about Seward or the hotel, there’s always a real person available—either in person or by phone—to help make your stay smooth and enjoyable.

What is your pet policy?

We love furry companions! Pet-friendly rooms must be reserved by phone, not online. We allow up to two pets per room for an additional $10 per pet, per night. Availability is limited, so please contact us directly to check availability and confirm your pet’s stay with us.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 14 days before your check-in date to avoid fees—only a credit card processing fee applies. If you cancel less than 14 days out, you may be charged for one night plus tax. Contact us immediately to request waivers if unforeseen issues arise. No-shows incur the same policy.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Please provide a valid photo ID and credit card, which may differ from your booking card. We’ll authorize your card for the full stay amount at check-in. Check-out is by 11:00 AM, and your credit card will be charged at that time.

What is your no-show policy?

Guests who don’t check in by 12 AM on the first night are considered no-shows, unless arrangements are made in advance. A one-night charge plus tax may apply. Please notify us if you anticipate a late arrival—we understand emergencies happen and may waive the fee at our discretion.

Can I store my luggage at the hotel if I arrive before check-in?

Yes! If you arrive early and your room isn’t ready, we’re happy to securely store your luggage at the front desk. Just speak with one of our team members when you arrive, and we’ll make sure your bags are safely held until your room becomes available.

You can reach our front desk by calling 907-224-5237 or 907-224-5238. When you call, you’ll have the option to speak with the hotel front desk for questions and assistance—or be connected directly with our on-site restaurant and lounge for reservations, hours, or menu details.

Do you have shuttle pick-up and drop off?

Yes, we offer a free shuttle service for our guests to major Seward locations. Additional shuttle options are also available for exploring the area. Visit our Transportation page or ask the front desk for details and schedules to make getting around Seward easy and stress-free.

Is there a gym provided?

We don’t have an on-site gym, but guests receive free 24-hour access passes to 5th Avenue Fitness, a local gym just minutes away. Ask the front desk for directions and your complimentary pass. It's a great way to keep your fitness routine going while enjoying your time in Seward.

Is there on-site parking?

Yes, we provide complimentary on-site parking for all guests, including ADA accessible spots. A parking permit will be issued at check-in and must be displayed in your vehicle. With convenient parking right outside, you’ll have easy access to your vehicle throughout your stay at the Breeze Inn.

Do you have a laundry facility?

Yes! We have coin-operated washers and dryers available for guest use. Whether you're traveling light or just need a refresh after an outdoor adventure, our self-service laundry area is a convenient option. Detergent and change are available at the front desk if you need them.

What is your smoking policy?

Breeze Inn is a 100% smoke-free property, including our hotel rooms, restaurant, and lounge. Smoking in any indoor area will result in a cleaning fee charged to your credit card. If you smoke, please use designated outdoor smoking areas. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our spaces clean and fresh.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes, we offer complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel for all guests. Just check with the front desk for the current password.
