At Breeze Inn, we aim to provide every guest with the best possible experience. Your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. To ensure a pleasant stay, we have established policies in the best interests of guests and Breeze Inn. Our policies help us maintain high standards while protecting the integrity of our accommodations.

By completing your reservation with Breeze Inn, you acknowledge and accept these policies as part of your booking agreement. Reservation & Payment Policy

Booking Requirements.

All reservations at Breeze Inn are on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must also secure their rooms with a valid major credit card when making a reservation. The guest is also responsible for ensuring all reservation details are accurate before confirming their stay.
At check-in, we will hold your credit card's full room and tax amount. Upon check-out, we will process the final charge for the room and tax amount. Breeze Inn reserves the right to apply the full first night's charge in case of a no-show or late cancellation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Reservations.

Guests may cancel their reservation without a fee if done at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival may be subject to a penalty equal to the first night's room and tax. A credit card processing fee will apply to all cancellations.

Non-Refundable & Special Rates.

Non-refundable bookings and special rates may not be eligible for cancellations, changes, or refunds. Please review all details carefully before confirming your reservation. If you have any questions, contact us before completing your booking.

Group & Event Booking Cancellation.

Group and event reservations are subject to specific cancellation policies outlined in the booking agreement. Please review your contract for details, and contact us as soon as possible if adjustments are needed.

Quiet Hours & Guest Conduct

Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 7 AM.

Breeze Inn strives to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests. We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure this. During this time, we ask guests to keep noise levels to a minimum in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
We expect all guests to be respectful of others and our staff at all times. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or any actions that disturb fellow guests may result in warnings or further action. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone.

Parking & Transportation

We aim to provide every guest with a convenient experience.

All guests enjoy free self-parking throughout their stay, ensuring convenient access to their accommodations. Additionally, we offer a complimentary shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off. Our team is also happy to help guests arrange transportation with local third-party providers during their stay.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

We provide daily housekeeping services for a comfortable stay.

Staff will respect the "Do Not Disturb" door hanger if the guest needs privacy. Guests may also opt out of daily housekeeping for environmental reasons.
However, management reserves the right to enter rooms for reasonable purposes. Please contact the front desk if you need extra towels, linens, or other housekeeping services.

Accepted Payment Methods

Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.

Breeze Inn accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for all reservations and payments. We require a credit card at the time of booking. However, most standard reservations do not require payment until the guest checks out. For no-shows and late cancellations, we reserve the right to charge the first night plus tax at our discretion.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM Alaska Time.

All guests must present a valid credit card and government- issued ID at check-in. The credit card you use for payment may differ from the one used to secure the booking.
We consider guests who do not check in by midnight on the first night of the booking to be no-shows. If you anticipate a late arrival, contact us to make arrangements. Breeze Inn reserves the right to charge a penalty fee equal to the first night's room rate plus tax for no-shows.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM Alaska Time.

Guests should check out at the front desk before leaving to ensure a smooth departure. Please contact the front desk in advance if you require a late check-out. However, additional fees may apply to late check-outs. Upon check-out, Breeze Inn will charge all room fees and taxes to the guest's credit card.

Pet Policy

Pet-friendly rooms available.

Breeze Inn welcomes pet owners with our pet-friendly accommodations. We allow up to two pets per room for an additional fee of $10 per pet per night. However, you cannot book these rooms online—guests must call the hotel directly to make a pet-friendly reservation.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets must be on a leash or secured when outside the room. Owners are responsible for their pet's behavior and any damages that may occur. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions.

Smoking & Damage Policy

Breeze Inn is a 100% smoke-free property.

Our non-smoking facility includes guest rooms, the restaurant, and the lounge. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to a penalty fee. Breeze Inn staff inspect all rooms for damage upon the guest's departure. Guests are responsible for any damage they or a party member causes to rooms or hotel property. We also reserve the right to charge your credit card on file for any damaged or missing items.

Lost & Found, Safety & Security

Security cameras are in public areas.

Breeze Inn maintains a lost and found and may assist guests if they believe they have a missing item. However, the hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced belongings. We encourage guests to secure valuables and immediately report any missing items to the front desk.
Security cameras are in operation in public areas for the safety and security of all guests. If you believe you have lost an item during your stay, please contact the front desk for assistance. While we will do our best to help recover lost belongings, we cannot guarantee retrieval.
